Three Important Changes to
Transaction Receipts and Renewal Cards
Effective June 1, 2012
- Licensees will no longer be able to work on the basis of a transaction receipt.
RENEW YOUR LICENSE BEFORE THE END OF THE MONTH IT EXPIRES. - As of June 1, the Boards will no longer print and mail renewal cards to licensees or facilities.
- Licensees and facility owners may print a statement of licensure from the Look Up a License page and display it.

The Executive Council (ECPTOTE) is a state of Texas agency charged with protecting the health, safety and welfare of the people of Texas by supporting the Board of PT Examiners and the Board of OT Examiners as they license and regulate qualified practitioners of physical therapy and occupational therapy, and register facilities in which those services are provided.
